Meta App Review Guide
This page describes the exact reviewer path for WhatsApp Business Management and WhatsApp Business Messaging. Sensitive credentials are provided only inside the protected App Review form.
1. Sign in to the review account
Use the reviewer credentials supplied privately in the Meta App Review submission. Credentials are never published on this page.
2. Connect WhatsApp Business
Open Settings → Channels, choose Connect with Meta and complete the full Meta authorization and Embedded Signup flow.
3. Load an approved template
Open WhatsApp Templates, refresh the WABA templates and select a template whose status is APPROVED.
4. Send the template
Enter an authorized test number, complete every required variable and send the approved template from the application.
5. Verify delivery and reply
Show the message in the WhatsApp client, reply from the client and verify that the inbound reply appears in Conversations.
Expected result
The reviewer can authorize a business account, access approved message templates, send a template to a test number and observe the received reply in the application.
