Meta App Review Guide

This page describes the reviewer path for connecting a business Facebook Page and its linked Instagram Professional account, receiving customer messages and replying from AIxaPYME.

End-to-end reviewer flow

Follow the steps in sequence using the reviewer account and Meta test assets supplied in the review form.

1. Sign in to AIxaPYME

Use the reviewer credentials supplied privately in the Meta App Review submission. Credentials are never published on this page.

2. Open the Meta channel connection

Go to Settings → Channels → Social and click Connect Facebook and Instagram.

3. Complete Facebook Login for Business

Authorize the requested Facebook Page permissions and select a Page where the reviewer has the required messaging access.

4. Connect the linked Instagram Professional account

If the selected Facebook Page has a linked Instagram Professional account, AIxaPYME detects it and enables Instagram Direct for that business.

5. Send inbound test messages

From a separate test profile, send a message to the connected Facebook Page and to the linked Instagram Professional account. Each inbound message should appear as a conversation in AIxaPYME.

6. Reply from AIxaPYME

Open each conversation and send a reply from AIxaPYME. Verify that the Facebook Messenger or Instagram user receives the response in the original channel.

Expected result

The reviewer can authorize a business Page, detect the linked Instagram Professional account, receive messages from both channels in AIxaPYME and reply to the customer from the same conversation workspace.

AIxaPYME only responds after the customer initiates the conversation and follows Meta messaging-window requirements.
